Fiona the Toad
Most Toads of the Mushroom Kingdom, especially those who live in Toad Town, look up to Mario. Fiona, or Fi, the head firefighter Toad of the Mushroom Firefighter Brigade, has a bit of a different opinion.
Mario is a natural firebug, either lighting fire intentionally or accidentally, and oftentimes the Fire Brigade has to come to put it out. While they’re technically the closest to the Mario Bros. residence, it’s still a ways away. In short, it’s annoying as all get-out when she receives that oh-so-frequent call from Luigi, already knowing who started the fire.
Does she want Bowser to succeed in conquering the Mushroom Kingdom? Of course not! But, hey, if he were to knock some sense into Mario and/or rough him up a little, she certainly wouldn’t be complaining.
She’s known for her hotheaded, stubborn attitude but heart of gold. (Absolutely no one left behind, even if that means she has to rush into a raging fuego herself!) She’s also an aunt to three young Toads whom she loves to bits.
