Chef Guy

Chef Guy is Bowser’s royal chef de cuisine who is a Shy Guy known for her... eccentricities. She has been known to yell at her ingredients as she makes her meals and to do all sorts of throwing tricks involving very sharp utensils in order to add “passion and love”, as she says, to each one she creates. Being passionate is what she claims is needed in order to be a good cook. Numbers and exact measurements? Pssah! You feel how much you put into a dish with your heart. (Possibly related is Chef Guy’s claims of hating math, especially fractions.)

Chef Guy can also be hotheaded and stubborn; she’s one of the few of Bowser’s minions to back-talk him occasionally, particularly if he complains about a meal taking too long. Bowser probably would have let her go a while ago for this if she weren’t such a good cook and Junior weren’t such a big fan of her chicken nuggets and birthday cakes.

Like any other Shy Guy, she does demonstrate moments of shyness. Commanding her entire squadron of cooks in the kitchen? Easy peasy, lemon squeeze-y. Giving a speech to a crowd of strangers? Yeah, absolutely not.
